[Pharmacology] Pharmacodynamics Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum Bactericide specially used for fluoroquinolones. It has good effects on Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Klebsiella, Brucella, Pasteurella, Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Erysipelothrix, Proteus, Serratia marcescens, Corynebacterium pyogenes, Bordetella septicetica, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma, Chlamydia, etc., weak effects on Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus, weak effects on anaerobic bacteria. It has a significant antibacterial effect on sensitive bacteria. The antibacterial mechanism of this product is that it acts on the DNA gyrase of bacteria and interferes with the replication, transcription, repair and recombination of bacterial DNA. The bacteria cannot grow and reproduce normally and die.

Pharmacokinetics: Most animals take this product orally and it can be well absorbed. The bioavailability of this product is about 80% in dogs, and it can reach 50% of the peak concentration within 15 minutes after oral administration and reach its peak within 1 hour.
