Pharmacological activity

β- lactam antibiotics. The antibacterial activity is similar to that of cephalexin, but weaker than that of cephalexin in Salmonella and Shigella. Enterococcus, Enterobacter and Pseudomonas are resistant to the drug. After oral administration, it is stable in gastric acid and absorbs rapidly, and is not affected by food. The peak plasma concentration of 22 mg / kg was 18.6μg / ml within 1-2 hours, and only 20% of the drugs combined with plasma protein. It is excreted in a large amount in urine with a half-life of 2 hours. 50% of the prototype drugs appeared in urine within 24 hours after administration. The half-life of a cat is close to three hours.
Indication
It is used in dogs and cats for respiratory tract, urinary tract, skin and soft tissue infection caused by sensitive Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, pasteurella and Klebsiella.
USAGE AND DOSAGE
Calculated by cefadroxil. Oral administration: 20mg per 1kg body weight for dogs and cats, once a day. The drug should be given continuously until 2-3 days after the disease symptoms disappear.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
Diarrhea, soft stool or vomiting can be observed occasionally. The frequency was low, mild and transient.
NOTICE

(2)People who are known to be sensitive to penicillin or cephalosporin should avoid contact with this product.
